2. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased on AgenticWorkflows.in are used to run AI workflows. Once credits are used to execute a workflow, they cannot be refunded as the service has been consumed.

3. Eligible Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a technical error
  • Failed Credit Addition: If payment was deducted but credits were not added to your account
  • Service Unavailability: If the platform was unavailable for an extended period (more than 24 hours) preventing you from using purchased credits
  • Unused Credits: Refund requests for unused credits may be considered within 7 days of purchase, subject to a 10% processing fee

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Credits that have already been used to run workflows
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (outputs are provided "as is")
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Promotional or bonus credits

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your registered email address and transaction ID
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. Attach any relevant screenshots or documentation

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

7. Cancellation of Service

You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits in your account will remain available for future use and do not expire. If you wish to close your account and request a refund for unused credits, please contact our support team.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
